MANTARAE RESTAURANT boasts 270° views of the South Pacific with a panoramic view of Beqa Island. The cool breeze flows through the open plan, providing the idyllic island setting with an international edge. The contemporary fusion style of food delivers the freshest local produce in addition to the best the rest of the world has to offer. All dishes are complemented by an exciting wine list selected by our Sommelier.

THE BEACH BAR and BBQ creates a more social alfresco style atmosphere, highlighted by the mirror-like water of the beach front and the Qaraniqio river. The bure extends to an outdoor slate lounge where guests can sit back and enjoy the natural ampitheatre created by clever design. And to top it off, the Beach Bar has an upstairs outdoor party deck that captures the essence of the South Pacific with 360° views and the sunset over the Dakunikoro Mountains.

COOL COCKTAILS: Moody and sensual Giselle’s is a more intimate environment. The smoke-free night club is comfortable with a somewhat exotic Moroccan style with large day beds decorated in sumptuous cushions and a sunken illuminated bar offering the very best in cocktails, champagne and cognacs.
